Single Room Design covers one separate room, with no square-footage limit. Open-concept spaces—such as a combined living and dining area or a kitchen connected to a living area—are not included in this package. Share your floor plan and photos with us, and we’ll confirm the appropriate design scope before you purchase.
Living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies each count as a separate space. Corridors and entryways do not count toward the space limit. For example, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and corridor count as three spaces. We confirm the design scope before you purchase.

Floor plan adjustments take place before layout approval. Single-room adjustments do not count toward a revision limit at that stage; multi-room projects include two rounds of major layout revisions. A major layout revision affects 50% or more of the rooms in the design scope; smaller adjustments do not count toward those two rounds. Two rounds of 360° design revisions are included separately. Changes to the approved layout during 360° design work are quoted separately.
