About these terms
INCEPT is the public-facing name of an independently operated online interior design practice operated by an individual based in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China. These terms govern use of this website. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Website purpose
The website provides general information about INCEPT's online interior design services and allows visitors to submit enquiries. Website content does not by itself create a designer-client relationship, professional engagement, or binding service agreement.
Proposals and service agreements
A project begins only after its scope, deliverables, timing, price, payment terms, and other conditions have been confirmed in writing and accepted by both sides.
If a written proposal or service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the written project agreement controls for that project.
Prices and availability
Website prices, launch offers, package descriptions, estimated timing, and availability may change. Final scope, price, and timing are confirmed after project information is reviewed.
Taxes, third-party purchases, shipping, installation, contractor work, permits, and similar costs are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
Online design limitations
Services are provided remotely. Clients are responsible for supplying complete and accurate measurements, photographs, plans, project information, and site conditions.
Interior design concepts, layouts, visualizations, and construction reference drawings are not architectural, engineering, structural, electrical, plumbing, permitting, or contractor documents.
Local codes, dimensions, safety requirements, permits, and site conditions must be checked by appropriately qualified local professionals before purchasing, construction, fabrication, or installation.
Products and third parties
Product recommendations may involve independent manufacturers, retailers, contractors, installers, or other providers. Their prices, stock, delivery, quality, warranties, policies, and performance are outside INCEPT's control.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, contracts with third-party providers are between the client and that provider.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Online payment is not currently enabled on this website. Payment schedules, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and ownership of final deliverables are governed by the written proposal, invoice, or service agreement for the project.
Website content
Website text, branding, layouts, graphics, and original materials may not be copied, republished, sold, or used commercially without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Third-party images and materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licences.
No guaranteed outcome
Design is affected by personal preferences, budgets, product availability, workmanship, existing conditions, and decisions made by clients and third parties. Specific aesthetic, construction, resale, or financial outcomes are not guaranteed.
Website availability and liability
The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, INCEPT is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and applicable law
These terms may be updated as the website and services change. The version published when you use the website applies to that use. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply, disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China.
