Who we are
INCEPT is the public-facing name of an independently operated online interior design practice operated by an individual based in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China. This notice explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use this website or contact us.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, selected project or package, approximate area, budget range, and message.
If you use website chat, we collect the messages you send and a randomly generated conversation identifier. The chat stores that identifier and the last-seen message value in your browser's local storage so the conversation can continue.
Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss possible projects, prepare proposals, provide requested services, operate the website, maintain chat conversations, prevent misuse, and protect website and communication security.
Service providers and international processing
Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, database storage, security, and email delivery. Pages may also request fonts or visual assets from third-party providers, which may receive technical request information.
Because INCEPT operates online, information may be processed in countries other than the country in which you live.
Cookies and local storage
Public pages do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Functional local storage is used for the chat identifier and message status. A restricted administrative session cookie is used only when an authorized administrator signs in.
Payments
Online payment is not currently enabled on this website. If payment processing is introduced later, this notice will be updated before that feature is made available.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with providers needed to operate the website and communications, when you request it, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, or prevent fraud and misuse.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiries, service delivery, business records, security, and applicable legal obligations.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
